Waking up with Madison

These video clips were taken back in November (2008). It is so much fun to see the girls wake up in the morning.

Kaitlyn won the wake-up race this day, and she watches and waits for her sister to finish waking up.

Debut appearance - April 2009

As the 1 year milestone birthday approached, Mommy and Daddy decided it was time to attempt a dinner out as a whole family. On April 23, 2009, Madison and Kaitlyn made their first (non-dr office) public appearance at Outback Steakhouse!


Madison demonstrates the nifty portable high chairs Mom and Dad picked up on their way.


The harnass helps Kaitlyn sit up in the chair like a big girl!

Teeth and food!

As the teeth start arriving, the taste buds are starting to experience some new vittles.

Madison's very first tooth! You can also (barely) see the top of the second tooth peeking through.

Mommy also had an exciting breakthrough with teeth this year when her braces came off!

Along with the teeth came time to start trying out real food in high chairs (or low chairs, in this case!).

Madison likes the taste of sweet potatoes!

Kaitlyn equally likes them - and so does Bailey, as she sneaks a taste!
